ORDERS:

  • Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly, but email us at hello@alifelikethis.com.au as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
  • I haven't received a confirmation email — what should I do? Check your junk or spam folder first. If it's not there, email us and we'll look into it for you.
  • My order arrived damaged — what do I do? Every order that leaves us is packed by hand with care. We take pride in what we make and how we send it. But sometimes things happen in transit that are out of our hands. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@alifelikethis.com.au with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right.

POSTAGE:

  • How long does delivery take? Australian orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. International orders generally take 7–14 business days depending on your location. Please note the Monthly Themed Mail Club and A Letter That Waits are sent by standard post and timing may vary.
  • Do you ship everywhere? Yes — we ship worldwide. The Write A Letter kit ships FREE to any address in the world (conditions apply).
  • Can I track my order? Standard mail items including the Monthly Mail Club are sent untracked — this is intentional. For all other orders, tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

PRODUCT - A LETTER THAT WAITS:

  • How does the free return postage work? Free two-way postage include your letter kit delivery and your letter delivery to its recipient. All you need is one standard letter stamp from your local post office to send back your handwritten letter — around $1.10 (Australia)or up to $3 (international). We take care of everything from there.
  • When will my letter be delivered to the recipient? On the date you chose at the time of ordering. For example, if you choose April 03, 2029, we will aim to have to letter delivered around the exact date. We'll confirm this in your order confirmation and check in with you 60 days before delivery to confirm the address is still correct.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS:

What is your return policy? We want you to love everything you receive from A Life Like This. If something isn't right, email us within 07 days of receiving your order and we'll work it out together. Please note, all personalised items are non refundable.

Can I return a Write A Letter kit once I've used it? Once the kit has been used, it cannot be returned. If you'd like your letter back before its delivery date, we can return it to you for free — see the Write A Letter FAQs for details.
